Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Alvestre’s public website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Separate agreements apply when you engage Alvestre for consulting or professional services. Those engagements are governed by statements of work, master services agreements, or other signed terms between you and Alvestre, not by this page alone.

The Site and our role

The Site provides general information about Alvestre’s focus on the Orderful NetSuite SuiteApp and related EDI services. Content is for informational purposes only and is not a promise of specific results, timelines, or outcomes for your environment.

Alvestre is an independent consulting and services provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Orderful or Oracle NetSuite. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt, scrape, or probe our systems in unauthorized ways.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, and branding belong to Alvestre or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy the Site for competing services or remove notices.

Third-party links and scheduling

The Site may link to third-party tools (for example, scheduling through Google Calendar). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alvestre disclaims implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Site and its content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alvestre and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site (other than liability that cannot be excluded by law) is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars or (b) what you paid Alvestre solely for use of the Site in the twelve months before the claim — typically zero for a free informational site.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Alvestre’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer or local rules apply to you.
